An excellent app! As a sport scientist, I would recommend it to every fitness trainer. It would be even better if it included the human movement associated with each muscle group (the function of each muscle) so you can then identify muscular weaknesses and muscle injuries in your client. Going to use it in my work 100%
Love this App. Lets me use pre existing workouts or create my own. Used it to work with my out of state trainer.
