A company should be thoroughly prepared. And ABC should have made sure they could handle all of the internet traffic because they know how many viewers they get for interactive events.

Was surprised to see that I even needed to create an account, but clearly the app (and company) were overwhelmed by the nationwide GMA demand. Sad, they missed their opportunity. Deleting.
