Constant device not connected notification and keeps playing spotify music in the background using up all my data and randomly starting to play whenever my phone makes a sound
Really badly designed app. Constant Bluetooth connection issues even with the recent software update. Had major issues with badly designed Pure software about 10years ago on a home stereo. Thought they would have got their act together by now thus buying the Highway 600.. Should have read the reviews before buying £150 of Pure rubbish. If I had, would have avoided like the plague.
poor app. constant notifications when connecting and disconnecting and unable to clear the notification bar. also google assistant doesnt work. ive allowed all permissions set up trusted smart lock but still it wont switch in the phones microphone. if phone is manually unlocked it works. will be deleting the app.
This app is only alright. It enables smarter features in the product but does occasionally need to be forceably started to work correctly. persistent notification was annoying but has stopped recently. don't know whether it was down to an update or a setting I've changed on my phone. It would be nice to support Amazon music, google podcasts and Deezer rather than being limited to spotify though. Any info on whether that's on the cards?
Very bad, it's literally unusable. Why bother making an app which doesn't work
This app is awful. And based on the fact that it hasn't been updated in nearly a year, Pure couldn't care less. When people buy a Pure device based on the promised functionality of the Pure Go app, Pure are effectively ripping people off by not delivering. Pure, get your act together. Put some money behind this and sort it out!
