Its not friendly. Most unorganized banking app I've used. I can't set up payments from the app or anything other than look and call them.

Fantastic
Tried to enroll with new account and card, however when submitting my account info the screen pops up with an error message and an account is failed to be registered. Is there anyway around this? It'd be great if I could get some help :)
Easy to use & access
I updated my app and the first time I tried to log in it wants a pass code from a help technician. Except for the Instant balance I can't remember the last time I could get in the app on the first try. I usually just go to the website and use it. Also just realized my instant balance is not my available balance no wonder why I messed up a few times.
