Fast, friendly and reliable, only taxi firm I'll ever use
Absolutely ridiculous. Why do I need to enter ALL my details BEFORE I've booked a taxi, that's sketchy mate. Also a 15 minute ride turned into over an hour because the bloody driver had no idea where he was going so I was late to work. Your service is either really good or really bad as I had a taxi yesterday and it was fine. But from now on I think I'll find a taxi service who know what they're doing 100% of the time and not risk my job for it.
