I have been exploring the free hypnosis sessions both sleep and day. He has a soothing voice and I like the ease of the app. Results have been good so far. Better sleep and increase in mood. Give it a try!
Bad after sales. I had this app on iPhone and at the time you could only buy the individual tracks and I bought many of them costing over £60-£100 in total. I have been on android now for a good few years and when I asked if those tracks could be transfered to my android because I will no longer use my iPhone account, I was told I need to buy them again. Great answer from a woman who works for a man that's trying to help people.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to listen freely and benefit from these hypnosis tracks. I love the sleep hypnosis, these work best for me. The approach to teaching and adapting the mindset to understand and overcome different issues with a different perspective is valuable. Paid sessions never load unless you uninstall, then re-install, the restore purchases. When is there going to be an update to fix this known issue that's been going on for 6 months?!
