This app is absolutely garbage it to work great but now I can never sign or I don't have an account or my pass word is wrong

Would like to add more gbts up to 6 at moment i have only 1 how much will this cost
When it works it's great but too often the app won't let me in with a message saying "oops something went wrong"??? very annoying!
