I used to love this app but lately its been one problem after another. After reading a couple reviews, seems I am having the same login problems as other users. Being unable to view my schedule makes it really challenging to figure out what time I have to be at work and impossible to release or cover a shift... I have, in the past given this app a 5ā review but it seems with every update comes more problems...new issues...
Won't properly show schedule
Constant freezing and is almost always down. Can't launch more than twice a day. Update: Been a few months, and I'm still having the same problems. Constantly down, can't launch the app, won't let me see my schedules, widgets don't update.
Can't login. Spoke with someone from their help desk. Was told to login from a different web browser. I paid for this for ease of use. Which is not the case. Several other work mates are having the same issue also The developers should address these issues. If you're going to take money from people for a product that they pay for, and can not use, is called theft! Fix your issues or return everyone their money!
Works the same as the web address but you can set your work availability for $3. Such a ripoff and still doesn't work right
