For how much money hrblock makes you'd think they give us a decent app but it garbage. Glitch, unreliable and generallt.one of the worst apps I have had to deal with.

Easy to use
they told me my taxes were filed and approved and even showed the amount. then the very next day i get an email saying i needed to complete my file? i signed in the app and once again it said i was done and my return has been filed and accepted so what's up with that email did they file my return or not? one things for sure and that's i'm never using H&R Block again.
This app is completely unusable. I've used it in the past and complete my taxes in less than 10 minutes. Now anytime you click "Next" it take 3 minutes to get to next page
