Estimation application downloads and cost
Broken, takes minutes to log in or load something after you click... if it ever does load, sometimes the loading circle just spins forever. Functions in the we app don't work, steps don't sync properly for your rewards. This app is utterly pointless.
It's the worse app ever doesn't work with Google fit, doesn't take my step records 😡😡😡
It's really not that good, it's buggy and slow
You would think at the very least the bill pay function would operate correctly because thats money... infinite loading circle. Its par for the course regarding any health insurance app though
Crashes every time I use it to get an id card. It's sad that this is for our healthcare and the app designers can't get it right. The only time they'll respond to unhappy reviews is if it involves Google fit. Everyone else seems to be ignored
I would give this company ZERO STARS if I could. I'm pregnant and trying to find an OB. Oscar kept making errors with my email, account, address of the doctor, etc... 3 weeks into searching for a doctor and making multiple appointments, all of them got canceled because Oscar made an error between the doctors address and my account. Now I am back to starring my search from the beginning and Oscar support won't even reply to my requests. I hate this company so much. They are useless.
This app does not work properly. Also, I see that there are no responses to any of the complaints either. When Oscar was new, everything was great! But as time goes by, they are just another typical health insurance. They no longer stand out as one I would fight to keep. No more personalization, no more help at your fingertips. I will change soon due to a serious loss of respect and comfort I had for them. Nothing makes them any better.
