Faver is designed to create a link between a person in an emergency and his or her contacts.First function is surveil, place a finger anywhere on the screen, the screen goes black and surveil is on. When you feel safe, remove your finger and you have 5 seconds to enter your personal code and surveil stops. If you end up in an emergency and do not enter a code or enter an incorrect code, the app will send a push-message to your contacts, to let them know that you need help.If your contacts accept, they will have the following options:- See your location on a map.- Follow you live if/when you move.- See other people who accepted the alarm and their distance to your location.- Chat with the other contacts.Second function is a panic alarm, which sends an alarm immediately to your contacts when you double tap the button “panic alarm”. You can choose a silent alarm or one with a noise, both options will send an alarm to your contacts. The option with noise will make a siren for 2 minutes to create attention (the siren can be deactivated by tap the same button).Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
