I am trying to mend my broken mind after a really tough year. I am rewiring my thoughts via CBT. One of the things I want to do is have an emergency type box in case of crisis, something with good things in to help me out when I need it. I going to use this app to fill it with positive quotes so I can not only read it in times of crisis, but to reaffirm what I am learning about my thought process and to push out the negative and fill it with positive thoughts.
