खनिज और खाण सरकार की सबसे अच्छी आमदनी हो सकती है जब सरकार के मंत्री और संत्री (अधिकारी) सोच ले की नैतिकता से कानून का अमल में सुधार कर उसे 100% प्रतिशत लागु करना है ! उदाहरण के रूप में कोयला, मट्टी, रेती, मेटल इतियादी जैसी चीजों की रॉयल्टी में बड़े पायेनामे पर गड़बड़ी हो रही है जिसमे रॉयल्टी से अधिक मॉल बिकता है जो बिना भ्रष्टाचार शक्य नही है ! जिसमे खनिज माफिया और सरकारी अधिकारी मिल भगत हे ! जिसे रोकने सरकार पास कोई सूजबुज़ नही है ! सरकार चाहे तो सही हो शकता हे !
