I don't know why my previous review was removed, but I will write it again. I booked a car for a weekend and had an issue the first day. They had me waiting for an hour for someone to look at it. They couldn't fix it and I was left with no car. After demanding a replacement, they gave me another car but they charged me much more for both of them. I had to contact support again to get a credit for the excess amount. Bottom line: Service is decent, support sucks
I was trying to create an account for 4 days, contacting them for help during the whole procedure but they couldn't help me. So at the end I didn't manage to book a car and i did book using share now
Good when it works but two times now I've turned up to a reserved car to find the reg number is different to what is shown on the booking and map, and as a result was unable to open and use the car. Very disappointing and will use other carsharing apps in the future.
This app is buggy and is not clear with information. They took my deposit but then rejected my divers license. I can legally drive in the Netherlands, but their app does not accept my non-dutch license. They did not have a problem with this until after taking my money...
I've been using greenwheels for almost one year. Amazing idea. On paper at least. In reality? Kinda nightmare sometimes. Cars are dirty and smelly, no matter how many times you send them photos, feedbacks, website frorm, calls to the customer center: we're sorry to hear that, we will fix it, here you go, 2€ discount for the next trip. After months, nothing changed. Ah the app? The first weak was working, recently you can't even login anymore, you have to call them every time or use the ov-card
Service is good, bit app is terrible
