this grab app is really worst,my acc suddenly got suspended and i went on to get back my acc,and then i got a message from grab that says my acc has suspicious transaction on idk what where and how but grab didnt tell me the details,at least explaine,give proof and evidence to it,because i have no idea why it suspend my acc forever.really worst experience ever.

Very dissapointing. Firstly, there's an error with the app when I was ordering grab bike, I lost all of my subscription vouchers thanks to that. Help centre is not really helpful at all. I complained like 3 times, it's been 3 days and I still haven't got my vouchers back. PLEASE FIX IT ASAP. I bought this subscription to save money, not for extra expense. Second, my ovo cash was being deducted despite the driver canceling my order. It happened 3 times. PLEASE FIX IT.
Bukan app-nya, tp bbrp karyawan grab sdh melakukan perbuatan tdk menyenangkan pd calon pegawai penyandang disabilitas. U need fix U'r manner & learn how to respect other!
I am super disappointed how the service is running. Not sure if there's a restriction on my account that is having hard time to receive booking on a hectic time. Hope this will be fixed.
