You can connect the wrist device to Android by Bluetooth SMART and upload the data measured by the wrist device to the web service "RUNSENSE View" that allows you to visually check the data. This app is driving me mad. It keeps bombing out when I try to change the screens on my SF-810.. every time!!!!
Login ID keeps saying that they don't match when i can see they are exactly the same. So i can't get past the very initial part of this app, nice one.
Watch app sucks! Won't allow set up. Constantly having to try to register and it still doesn't work. Useless. Annoying. Crap App. Defeats the whole purpose of the apparent convenience of the watch. Don't waste your time installing.
New update gives a nice UI change, but this app struggles to be really useful. It works okay but is not intuitive to use. Things like changing the workout faces have difficult to understand labels with no explanations, and now there are main features in the app that don't work with my 810, like the activity tracking. Love the watch but I'd rather them fix software functionality than just give it a better UI.
13 Feb 2016 - latest version of the app still has the same issues, so it is impossible to pair the watch to the mobile.... come on Epson!!!! earlier post - Seems to still have issues pairing with Android 5.1 and Smart Lock - My Lenovo P70 will connect one time only and thereafter refuse to link to the watch - EPSON, please fix this bug. Great Watch!!! would be 5 stars if it worked - One nice feature is that uploaded runs can also sync directly to Strava and a few other running apps ( see linked Apps)
Doesn't work with Marshmallow & saying to use 6.0.1 is not a fix as that is something I cannot do until/if the manufacturer releases it for my phone. Please fix this for Android 6.0.
