Very slow to load information.
The outage map is horrendous, touch it in any way apart from zooming in and it resets, so frustrating
I initially gave this app one star but the app is actually decent the people though are awful. I'd rather preform the ancient ritual of Seppuku then speak to them again
Pay with debit card user gui is broken.
This app is ghetto. Shame on yall for trying to sabotage people that just want to get their bills paid on time. Ga power is just plain trash 🗑
App is getting worse...at this point I pay over the phone. There's no need for the app
