I ve been with Gocar since the beginning and I am quite happy with their service and customer support.
I have €50 credit on my account but don't use the gocar anymore could I forward that credit to another gocar user as its only a waste on my account that I won't be using no more..
Worst app in history
AA++ easy to use and very good rates highly recommended customer care services was very helpful and will guide you through everything. Also you don't need a credit card like most other places.
The app works fine but I'm waiting for fuel refund for so long. It's been more than a month since I paid for the fuel due to issue with Gocar fuel card. I have submitted proof of purchase but haven't received refund up to date. Unfortunately very poor refund process in place.
Extremely bad customer service! Been waiting on verification for days and still nothing from the company! Its not at all car at go, its a nightmare experience before you get to the car
