Efficient and courteous
Good app, bit utterly sick of drivers accepting jobs and then cancelling. Cabbies love to whinge about others stealing their work, too...
Drivers canceling rides booked well in advance 5 minutes before the requested pickup - especially in the middle of night. Other drivers overcharging, not willing to use the meter and basically inventing prices

App has improved a lot. Drivers a bit flakey in certain areas but the app overall is great
The pickup location send by the GPS is always wrong or not accurate ( In google maps is accurate) so you have always put or write the exact point. Some times it was kilometers away!. If the driver does not close the ride you cannot put a new ride . You have to call the last driver to close it. ( what if he does not answer?). There must be an option for the passenger to close the drive...
