Gave up before without any NRT, or gizmos though ended up back on them. With this I can now see what I save €£$'s wise and also my health benefits. So far I'm 36 hours in and £11.00 better off 😊
This is the best Quit App for Android! Easy to use, fact based health stats, personal Stat tracking, FB share friendly, Real time support group! You have to quit and you know it! This will help you! !
It's time to quit people.
I love this app as it reminds me whenever I am craving of why I quit, how far I've come and that I am not alone in this battle. There is a community of others that are going through this difficult challenge with me and this app gives us the ability to support and encorage one another. I've tried the gum as well as the patch but it is this app that has helped me from picking up another cigarette.
Expected more from pro version. I like and use free version more
