I log in to my account, a pain in the ass but fine, I'll do it. I get to the screen where the image should be, we're on track. As soon as I switch to the toolsmart WiFi signal I get booted and asked to log back in but I can log back in because I'm still logged into the devices WiFi and have no internet access. I repeat this again and again. It is beyond frustrating that I need to have internet access to log in but hooked up to the devices WiFi to see a picture. I really hope they fix this soon or I'm taking this scope back.

Does not work on Nexus 2013 7" table. (Not compatible). Is not a common serial bluetooth (I don't know what it connects as on my phone, it does not show up as a bluetooth device in the standard settings. I see no reason why developers develop or write apps like this, requiring a active internet connection, forcing logins and having Propitiatory Bluetooth connections. I just wanted a serial Bluetooth device that I could connect with any bluetooth computer or phone. This way I could use their app if I wanted to, or just collect the raw data for electronics experiments.

This app really annoys me. It doesn't actually pair in BT, it works some other way that’s scary. It won't connect until you let it get your location!? What does a multimeter need with my location? I despise overreaching apps like this. The app is getting deleted, the meter is going back and it will a long time, if ever, before I buy General Tools again!

Camera won't stay connected, can't switch from video to photo, app keeps crashing, app is loaded with junk I don't want or need, there needs to be a dedicated camera app that's easier and quicker to access and use, I really don't want or need an account to use the flashlight camera, Probably will get rid of the flashlight camera since it's just a pain to use.

Using the laser meter in direct measurements meter Bluetooth sync is wrong it take the feet unit and length and when using the feet it take the meter unit and number

Don't like that it needs location turned on just to even connect the multimeter by Bluetooth. Also if the developer can add a graphing ability somehow to the software, would make this amazing.

Not good for the professional . We need our tools work when there is not internet connection available
