I can't connect my instax share sp 1 to the app. I'm getting frustrated. When will you fix this app?

I am seriously so frustrated and disappointed. I contacted Fujifilm directly and was told someone would get back to me. It's been weeks and I have not heard anything. It seems like a lot of people have been having the same issue. What's going on?! Cannot connect to the printer from any phone. I've tried all troubleshooting options and NOTHING! Seriously, why does this app have issues so frequently?! I'm getting ready to switch to a different product because I'm so frustrated.
Note 10+ cant connect to SP-1 despite allowing GPS and everything suggested.

Won't connect to printer. Just bought it so all software is up to date. Used to have an old £20 unbranded bluetooth printer that was waaaay, way better! Can't believe Fujifilm have a product that is basically un-useable! And I think it's appalling that their response to users with this problem seems to be a copy and paste reply!! I honestly can't express enough my frustration at having a defunct printer that is now just a useless piece of plastic! Aaaarrrrggh!!!!!!!!!! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Similar to the issues mentioned, can't connect to my Google Pixel 5, the connection always powers off the printer but works well on iOS products.
It worked a few times but haven't worked in years now.
