I cannot access my account and I cannot recover it because I cannot access it. How about sending the recovery code to my recovery address instead of the account that I cannot access to receive the code? I have called twice and still having problems with accessing and logging in. It seems that the PW is not working. Possibly a hacked phone. Guess I will be on the phone another hour until I can set it securely.

It says on my bill to contact customer service you can just go to this app. It lied!!

Every time they update this app I have issues. Just leave it alone. It will work fine then they update it and have issues.

Internet speed testing does not work. App is limited in function.

I just can't create the account online. They need to improve their app because,we just can't get into our account to setup auto pay.
