Vehicle details never show up.
Ryder rental is much easier. Great idea, poor execution.. Startups need to be far better then the companies they are trying to disrupt. Their competition is Ryder Rental, to rent from Ryder I show up with my license and rent a truck, to rent wit Fluid Truck I needed to upload pictures of my licence both sides me with my license, my debit card, a paper utility bill and my SSN. They claim they need this all for safety...don't explain how it makes anything safer. Rigid arbitrary rule following..
Awesome way to acquire a work vehicle without hassles or paperwork
Do not trust this company with your time or money. Consider your reservations as suggestions because they can and will cancel your reservation to let someone else extend theirs, even mere days before you need one. They cancelled mine at 11 pm two days before my move without warning because Amazon asked them to. Now all the moving truck places are booked and I'm just boned. STAY AWAY.

I gave a one star review earlier because I overreacted for no reason. I was excited when I first learned about this app. And after speaking with a few good Fluid Truck representatives, this is an excellent app. I'm happy I stumbled upon it! Please disregard my negative review. I tried to delete it to, but couldn't. This is a good company. No exaggeration!
