All you need is a gym membership or some expensive equipment if you want to start regime with this app🙁👎
I had this app about a year amd a half ago and it was far better than it is now. Most of the exercises that are locked without pro used to be included in the free version. Honestly not worth downloading, so many better fitness apps out there. I've been told by the developer that this isn't the case however I remember having workout containing exercises that are no longer available via the free version of this app.

Used to be ok then now won't work unless you pay...
Not every app is perfect but this one is pretty close. Tracking all my data and the benefits of having help in the gym is awesome.
