The app will not load when I try to use it.
This app no longer works in my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3. I get just a tiny icon picture against a white background. The app is gone as if it was completely deleted with only a small icon logo appearing as a place holder. So weird. I use this mobile app often cause I don't like going to my browser. Please fix it. Most banks these days have mobile apps that work in all cell phones. Yours is very poorly made, it needs a major redesign and needs to service all types of phones.
Pops up everytime with a box that says violates security....won't let me use.
Frequently crashes when trying to open the app (everytime)! It might open on the second try, if your lucky. Not recommended, use your bank's website.
App won't open over half the time. Extremely frustrating when I have to call the bank to check my balance. What's the point of having this app if it doesn't work?
