Refund policy is atrocious. Accidentally purchased ticket at wrong time & it was £9.80; can't get a refund for anything under £10. Took weeks to even get a response concerning the complaint.
App keeps forcing me to pick up from station, no option to use mobile, was fine untill a couple of weeks ago.
