Estimation application downloads and cost
I have had text alerts now for years and it was a good thing to have. In Jan of this year they just stopped. I have tried to re enable them and the setting that was in the app has now disappeared. I am quite worried that they would just randomly stop without being contacted or me stopping them. Is this app totally secure? I am now haveing second thoughts.
Spending Insights nowhere to be seen. Why have the option to authorise use of data for Spending Insights (done months ago) and yet the actual Spending Insights are still nowhere to be seen. Coming soon apparently (How long? A year, 2?). The app is so stale, way behind other banks like Monzo, Starling etc. and the worst thing is despite the feedback no one in the bank takes the customer comments seriously. Complete breakdown between the customer feedback and the digital implementation team.
No facility to amend future bill payments. Poor functionality, my kids barclays app is so much better.. Very poor
No complaints from me. Its an excellent app that does exactly what it needs to do.
App is very basic and if you have more than 1 account there is no option to rename them. Definitely behind its competitors at the moment
Great banking app, the best I have used and this is my fourth current account with an app. A bit boring to look at but a very effective app
