FirstMobile App has deteriorated over the years with every update from the best mobile banking app to the worst. Quite unfortunate! In the best interest of numerous customers, kindly revert to the original version, please.
First bank give me my money thieves, withdrawal that I made from my payooner account since Friday, I haven't seen it in my account. You guys won't like my reaction in your bank hall tomorrow morning. You guys don't deserve 1star at all.
Well, I think there is still much work to be done on this FirstMobile. 1) It doesn't load fast. 2) It doesn't really make any sense that during registration after accepting all the terms and conditions, you still have to be doing that each time you want to sign in. It is quite frustrating and make it dull for me to use the App. Once the terms and conditions are accepted, it shouldn't be poping up anymore. Kindly review and fix the necessaries. Thank you!
