Buses constantly cancelled and their customer service is horrible, won't refund when THEY cancelled the bus
Good app, good idea using it for bus ticket
This app doesn't work and has real world consequences. More often than not a tracked bus will just not appear. I have been late so many times because I've trusted that when it says a bus will come it will appear - at least a few minutes within that time. But no. Waiting 30+ minutes has become normal and I'm Glasgow city, so there should be plenty of bus's.
