Die FINASS.net APP ist eine Anwendung zum Zugriff auf bei Finanz- & Versicherungsmakler gespeicherten Kundendaten und -dokumente. Somit kann man jederzeit und unterwegs auf die eigenen Vertragsdaten zu Versicherungen, Kapitalanlagen, Finanzierungen und BausparvertrĂ€gen zugreifen und sich die dazu verfĂŒgbaren Dokumente ansehen.Die APP zeigt immer die aktuellen Daten, da direkt auf die FINASS-Datenbank des Maklers zugegriffen wird, wenn das MobilgerĂ€t online ist. Eine Offlinenutzung wird dadurch ermöglicht, dass die Daten auf dem MobilgerĂ€t zwischengespeichert werden.Ănderungen und ErgĂ€nzungen werden ebenfalls sofort online in der Datenbank des Maklers eingetragen.Nutzen fĂŒr den Makler:- Zugriff auf die ToDo-Liste- Zugriff auf die Anrufliste im BĂŒro(!) - Auswahl/Aufruf eines Stammdatensatzes ĂŒber Namenssuche- Lokales Speichern (auf MobilgerĂ€t) von bis zu 10 Kunden, um unterwegs offline zugreifen zu können (Dokumente und Ăndern von Daten aber nur online)- Zugriff auf alle Daten und Dokumente zum Kunden (auĂer Provisionsdaten)- WĂ€hlen der angezeigten Rufnummern auf dem Smartphone, SMS an Handy und/oder neue Mail an Mailadresse aus der APP- Bearbeiten und Neuanlage von Daten und Dokumenten. Letzteres auch ĂŒber abfotografieren von Dokumenten.- Ersparnis der Erfassungsarbeit soweit der Kunde selbst Daten Ă€ndert oder ergĂ€nzt, insbesondere âneues Kfzâ oder âSchadenmeldungâNutzen fĂŒr den Maklerkunden:- Zugriff auf alle Daten (optional mit dem Recht diese zu Ă€ndern) und auf alle vom Makler fĂŒr den kunden freigegebenen Dokumente- Offline speichern der eigenen Daten auf dem Smartphone (Dokumente und Ăndern von Daten aber nur online)- Mail an Berater senden, Berater anrufen und Weg zum Berater anzeigen lassen (Google-Maps)- Aufruf der Internetseite des Maklers- Neues Kfz bei Neukauf/Fahrzeugwechsel melden (ohne K-Vertrag auswĂ€hlen zu mĂŒssen) inkl.
