The website works fine on my phone and I prefer it visually. If they add the ability to deposit a check using this app this would make this bank so much better and app would get 10 stars!!

Very buggy and insecure. Only use Charter Bank if you want to support horrible and criminal banking ethics. Their most recent fail is requiring secret questions in their easily hackable banking app. Security question are the easiest way for criminals to hijack an account; unless you use an extremely insecure app like this one. Its insecurity makes it easily exploitable by attackers. Also, Charter Bank made it obviois that they don't care that their online banking app and website are not secure.
