I stupidly uninstalled the Care On Call app (which worked reasonably well) after being prompted to move to this app. I can't even log in - PWD incorrect. đ¤ˇââď¸

Every time I enter App Android phone closes and reopens yes web version ok App still closing my phone when Itry to open it.
The new app simply does not work! I have to close it multiple times, since it is freezing at the login page. Then, if it finally logs me in, it doesn't take the picture for a claim. You are asked to chose a file, I pick the camera app, take a photo, and nothing happens, it takes me back to the screen where I need to chose a file. Why can't I install this app on my Samsung s2 tablet
Agree with other members. This App is not fit for purpose. Took quite a long time to update my existing version on a Samsung S10 with full 4G signal. When I opened it the app took another 2-3 minutes to load before it let me Login. I simply wanted to check our policy number. I am a GP so was tempted to try out your digital GP to see what that's like but will have to remain curious as NOTHING loads. Sympathies to all the people paying staggeringly large amounts of money & need to use the App
I cannot launch any of the options on the front screen. I have tried logging in multiple times and unistalling the App. Its looks great, pity it doesn't work though. Please fix it.
