I have to say after being a customer of this bank over a year they are all but completely inept. There are a couple employees that actually try but they are the exception. This app, however, is actually quite good. The look, feel, and functionality is superb. Even the ach features are seamlessly functional.
I love the app because its very helpful but it takes forever to log me in. Sometimes when I'm in a rush and I need to check something real quick it always takes 3-5 min to finally log me in.
