The app doesn't work. I tried location and Bluetooth and WiFi and any other possible setting I could think of switched on. I was unable to connect the heater to the app, and subsequently have had to return an otherwise great heater (because I chose it for the remote feature). Reading other reviews, it is clear this is a global issue with the app. I hope if you're reading this it prevents you the hassle of buying a dimplex heater only to have to return it because the app doesn't work like I did.
