EstateAR is an Augmented Reality application created by Scuudu Labs with aims of disrupting the real estate space. This application allows for rendering 3D models (designed models of houses (even including rooms), landscapes etc) in a way that it is better appreciated by clients.Features of EstateAR includeAR rendering. This is the default mode and accounts for integrating virtual 3D designs with real time camera feed. 3D mode. This mode allows for rendering the 3D model in an empty space. This mode entails for a convenient way of inspecting uploaded models.Depth Sensing. This application has the ability to understand depth in the room. This means it understands where objects are and correctly places the 3D model in a non-intrusive manner.Environmental & Dynamic Lighting.
