Have tried several times to get this app to work. Downloaded about 3 times. It won't even open. Can't even see if it's any good cause it doesn't work at all.

Will not open
Cant get the app to even load.
Doesn't work, won't open at all! Just installed and can't get the app to open even once. Awful reviews since last update so I should have known better but I thought I'd give it a try. Oh well.
Used to be a great app but now it will not open which means I cannot share the stored data with my neurologist!
It doesn't connect.
I'm having the same problem with not being able to open the application on my Android device. I can open it OK on the laptop but would be great to have it on mobile for the convenience. Hope the problem gets resolved soon. Many Thanks!
