This app incorrectly marks you as speeding on a feeder road even though you are on a controlled highway doing the speed limit. You do realize GPS isn't that accurate all the time? It also thinks breaking 20 mph over 6 seconds is "hard breaking".
Rates based on time of day and route
The accuracy on this app is terrible! I'm driving on 65mph on a highway with speed limit of 65..and its showing that I'm speeding...I guess this app hasn't been updated for awhile...no wonder the functionality is terrible.
My insurance company requires me to use this app in order to receive a discount on my insurance. The app is installed on my phone, I have given it all the permissions it needs, and it still isn't logging my trips. Because of this, my insurance company won't give me a discount. We have 3 drivers in our family, and it isn't reliably logging any of our trips. This app is denying me a discount!
Stupid app won't link to my account and will only give me trial version. Pissing me off if I owe you more money cause your app doesn't work
It records all my trips but refuses to score them. I did manage to get 2 scored so maybe ill keep my discount, but who knows. No one responds to the contact us emails either. Something like 12 recorded trips and 2 are scored and the rest are in perpetual scoring limbo with no results. Pathetic!
Terrible experience with this app. Installed July 20, partially worked for a few days. Every trip for over a month says it's either scoring now or waiting for wifi, but no score is calculated. I have spoken with my insurance company as directed in the help section of the app numerous times with no resolution, though I am assured the problems have been referred to the relevant tech support person. This app is a waste of my phone's battery.
