Estimation application downloads and cost
Been using this app a while and generally happy. However, the past couple of times I have used it over the past month, it crashes when I'm booking. Luckily both times the booking has worked and a taxi has arrived, usually as I am trying to book again. Please fix, it can be worrying late at night not knowing what's happening.
Good app. Really useful but sometimes changes the start or finish address--the green indicator was where I was, but the cab was waiting 2 minutes down the road.
Cancelled my booking after arriving but some random offered them extra money to take them..very unprofessional
Three phone calls later taxi actually arrived. What's the point of the app if I end up calling anyways?
The app is very very good, and finds your location. However, the service provided is questionable. I used the app to book an airport taxi an hour in advance, and no car arrived. A week later I tried again, giving 2 hours notice for an airport car. No car arrived again and I had to hurridly call another car company. So, whats the point of the app allowing you to pre book then?
If I could rate anything zero, this app would be it There is literally zero point in using it. Almost every time I've pre-booked a cab, I've had to call to ask why it hasn't arrived only for the operator to tell me I have to call to confirm I wanted it in the first place. Useless. Worse than useless in fact.
used the app last year on my visit to edinburgh and it worked perfectly .. but now when i install and open the app, it crashes back to desktop ...same happens on my other mobile which a different model.
