App has updated to latest version and I no longer have the option to see my Smart Meter details/usage - the Energy Hub button has disappeared, replaced by one that says Readings but when I go into that just get a message that I don't need to submit because I have a smart meter
Just updated the app and My Hub has disappeared! No way of monitoring my usage. Absolutely useless now.
Energy Hub not showing since update on 21/04/2022. Poor considering this is meant to be one of main advantages of smart meter and app.
Smart meter reading disappeared. I no longer see my smartmeter readings. This is no use to me now and I may as well uninstall if I can't see what I'm using.
This was really useful as you could keep track of what you were spending daily, but with the latest update this has all disappeared.
Latest update removed the function to view data on fuel usage/spend. With the way the market is at present this was a very strange decision to have made! App is now useless for me and will be removed.
