Any message I click tries to take me out of the app and to the website which immediately refers me back to the app. The app design/layout is a mess. The old site had a much cleaner and more professional look. This is rough and has no appeal.
Terrible, can't even sign in. Hopefully it's just bugs that need worked out. Get on it.

Whoever made the executive decision to switch how Erie CCU members access their online accounts should be fired. The app is horrible, redirecting the user to install the app, even after it's been installed. The appearance looks like a first year web design major did a rush job just to finish the project and be done with it. The previous means of online banking was visually appealing and easy to use. This app is ugly and poorly put together. Uninstalled it less than 5 minutes after installing it.
Very basic. Now it asks me to download everytime.
This app is not user friendly it's a pain in the rear end to use can get money to automatically transfer. The old online way was sooooooo much easier and better
