Estimation application downloads and cost
confused.Company says i have app but when i access it, it says i need new code. And company doesn't tell you anything and so i am lost. Problems are probably mostly with company, but this app makes no sense. not easy to set up.
I use this app at university for two factor authentication. I recently switched phones and have been trying to set the app up on my new phone, but when I use my school email to attempt to log in, it says it doesn't exist. Back when I was able to use it, it also had an option to "remember me for 30 days", but when I clicked it it never worked. If I was a school/company looking for a two factor authentication app, I would avoid this app.

I cannot register my new device. App keeps telling me it cannot find any backed up accounts. When I register a new account it tells me it already exists 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
