I paid for a year in advance but editions have not been sent for almost 3 months. I was promised a month ago the problem would be resolved asap, but still waiting. I'm being constantly ignored by staff. Basically they take your money but do not send the majority of editions. If you like the magazine, I advise you buy it in the shop. I'm never again subscribing to an online magazine due to the way I have been treated. I'm disgusted.

I can't read any of the magazine's keep asking me to log in and it's not accepting my log in details.. no option to reset password. I'm paying a monthly subscription only to view the covers of a magazine. PLEASE HELP

Cannot log in yet happy to take the subscription fee each month, no option that I can see to cancel either!

Since the update on 4th October I can't open or download any edition. When I try I am told to manage my subscription and when I do so I'm informed that I have an active subscription. I'm just going round and round in circles and can't read the magazines! Please sort it out!
