Poor app, never successfully login after install, after enter the verify code the page keep loading loading loading then time out. Few attempts also like that, wasting time.
Never ending link my IC link my IC link my IC link my IC, but end up still link my IC!!!!!
Even though my contact number was already there, the apps kept asking me to update my contact. When I tried to update gender, it will wipe my contact number, when I try to update phone number, it will make my gender options to male again. Was never been able to link IC with medical report. Now I'm unable to check my report that the apps is telling me that I have not registered my IC number in their system. Good Lord...
Paid RM250 for the '3 hr result' but it arrived over 15 hrs later. That's still ok, can still understand. But once report turned 'available', we can't even see the result. It only shows a blank screen with 'unable to view result' and 'online result error, nullable object must have value'. Is this a coding problem?
There's a bug when I try to retrieve my medical. I can't retrieve the report and it shows the error below. Online result error Nullable object must have a value.
