I just had to download this newer version and it's nothing but problems. It won't let me put in my username to even login when all my information is correct. I have tried changing my security questions and everything nothing has worked. I didn't have one problem with the older version of the app.
Sucks
It's terrible. So many problems! I want the old app back or I'm switching banks.
I love that I'm able to see what's a debit and what a deposit with the red/green colors. I know this is not a big deal but it's nice. Also you do have to verify your device with a pass code that the system sends to your phone # via call or text. Also your able to easily see all your accounts easily, add notes to credits or deposits, and you are able to see more info on either once you click on them. I love this new layout. Now I don't have to run to my computer when I need a little more info!!
I have not been able to log in for days. It lets me input my pin but nothing happens. Username field shows but you can't input anything even you want to.
Haven't had any sign in issues like I've read others having. It's so much easier to navigate!
