Worst experience ever, i wish i've never had an account with Degiro. Completely waste of money with all their expensive hidden fees. Trying to close my account for more than 3 months. More than 3 MONTHS and now it's charging interest and they don't want to close it. Worst customer service ever. :(
The app is always buffering sent numerous emails but no replies they took my money and I have heard nothing

Worst customer service ever! Since two months Degiro can't resolve the issue "withdrawal made to closed account". They don't communicate probably, don't respond on request for status, and seem to fail internal services processes. I lost all confidence and see no other way then to file a legal case to get my 'lost' funds back.
Can't finish registration. Can't reach support service for a while.
