I like convenience of it, but I get so many errors that one time I missed a payment on a credit card because of a transaction failure

This app was working fine but all of a sudden when I tried to sign in I was unable to. I entered my username and it kept requesting my username.I removed the app and i downloaded it again,nothing worked!

I just use it to check my account and or transfer money also get a quick statement. Great for me since that's all I do!

The worst customer service experience I've had in years. My account got locked up online, I still don't know why, and they make you call the number, you cant do it online. I was connected to a 'lady', Mailyn was her name, and she was very rude and unprofessional. She never let me finish my sentences, rushing me into her maze of bad attitude and questioning me at every corner. I asked to be transferred to her supervisor. On hold forever. Never got a call back. App sucks too

I have credit union for many year and i love it.

It used to let me use a pin number to log in now it wants my password. I want to use my pin.
