Very poor, takes an age to load, if at all. Often locks out or jumps out and has to be reloaded. Tried reloading the app several times but no better.

Love the clear quality of the paper

Great

Starting using this app due to getting the digital version for free for a month, just stops working at least once a week.

Once again I am unable to get today's edition the second time this month, the help page is completely useless and phone line is not open,

Ever since about 6 months ago, videos have not played correctly on either of my Android devices. Some played ok, the ones cobbled together by the Mail, but others, like movie trailers, not at all. For the past few weeks no videos play at all, and clicking a video link crashes the app, which then restarts. They are complete amateurs.

Driving me nuts - doesn't load up all pages; hangs; going to cancel subscription as too irritating. Go to Telegraph app for ideas on how a good app should run!
