Estimation application downloads and cost
Home banking was much easier before my credit union switched to this app. I have installed it twice and had it reset at bank and can't login due to a security question. No other option? And why so many permissions? Why have an app that can't be used?
It seems to go down a lot more.
Worst banking app I've ever used. It's always closing itself for unknown reasons. Very limited options for viewing transactions.
This is the worst home banking app I have ever used. 99% of the time it doesn't even work. It was much easier just going to the website.
It is always off line....
Garbage. Every day there is an issue. I love when it says the password is invalid but still logs in...or how it says I have no transactions etc..oh and I really love how when the online banking system is down which is all the time, my card doesnt work. That's fun too..especially when I am at a restaurant and have to look like an idiot waiting for the system to go back online for my card to work. That's fun. I'm closing my account for no other reason then the horrible online banking service from the credit union
