These poor reviews are from those who don't understand that this is NOT a banking app. This is a point of sale app, for processing payments. The login for Chase Checkout and Chase Banking are similar. For both apps, we must start at Chase website for login credentials. For Chase Checkout, you cannot log in with your regular Chase log-on. You must FIRST complete a Chase Mobile Checkout APPLICATION online at Chase website. They will send your TEMP login credentials. Set personal credentials.
Phone doesn't allow any Chase apps
Wich is the app for regular banking
Unable to access my account it rejected my information. I used my laptop to change my password. Unloaded mobile app waited then reinstalled mobile app and tried to access my account again it doesn't accept my information and new password. Called customer service and after waiting I was told to do the same. Still being denied access to my account..
Things pop up on top of my login info and won't let me log in.
